Missing Apartment, Suite, etc. - Codebeans Checkout Rules

Use this rule when you ship mainly to apartments or offices, and parcels go missing without a unit number. It blocks checkout when Address line 2 is empty or doesn’t contain at least one digit.

What it checks

Address line 2	Result

`Apartment`	Blocked
(empty)	Blocked

The message appears next to Address line 2 of the address that has the problem.

This rule blocks every address without a number in Address line 2, including houses that don’t have one. Use Specific countries or a custom rule if only some of your customers need it.

Settings

Setting	Description
Countries	All countries, or only orders shipped to Specific countries.
Validate in	Shipping address, Billing address, or both.
Message to display	What the customer sees. English is required.
Rule status	Active, Testing or Deactivated. See Rule status and testing.
